With turned columns surrounding, and bottom drawer containing additional metal music discs. With internal paper image of cherubs, metal disk in place inscribed "The Skaters Waltz"

Condition

Turning crank and key to the bottom drawer appear to be missing, bottom drawer does open though with some difficulty. Not tested for working order.
