(Disneyland, 1989) A commemorative director's chairback advertising the grand opening of Splash Mountain at Disneyland. Backs of this make were manufactured in limited quantity, specifically utilized during productions of several commercials and television specials filmed at Disneyland during 1989, including Ernest Goes to Splash Mountain and a Disney Fun Sing Along Songs segment. The blue gray canvas chairback features a screen-printed "Splash Mountain New at Disneyland" message. Measuring 7"x22.25", the piece is in very good condition with some minor wear and soiling to the graphics and some snags to the canvas.
