Important glazed ceramic cog bookends by Albert Drexler Jacobson (1895-1973). Made by Cowan, circa 1929. Each signed with impressed mark at lower back corner. Original condition with a tight hairline crack on the back of one bookend, also small glaze chip to cog tooth (see pictures). Measures 5" x 3.75" x 4 1/4" In-house domestic shipping $50.
