Chinese Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Sky Celadon Glaze Porcelain Moon Holding Vase On Carved Hardwood Stand. The porcelain potted in moon vase, thick and tall, globular moon lower belly, emerging ruyi flanked on the neck, round mouth rim, raised on rectangle foot base with slight concave. Warm and uniform sky blue glaze applied to the whole surface, only the upper mouth rim and outer bottom is white glazed. Blue is the most important variety of China’s porcelain. Blue stands for healing, trust and long life. Shades of blue are used to decorate homes for longevity and harmony.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years YongZheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
