Description
This pretty Dovetail Spear Point was recovered in March of 1983 in Huron County, Ohio. It was made from smokey blue Coshocton Flint during the Early Portion of the Archaic Period about 7500 years ago. We didn't have the time to get this one papered before this Auction but all Artifacts in this Auction are guaranteed Authentic. This one was purchased at a Jim Bennett Auction who also guarantees all Artifacts soild at his sale. This Point has a nick out of one blade edge. That was not modern damage. This Point is in the same condition as found. It measures 3 9/16" long and 1 6/16" wide. The spots and stripes on this one makes it truly unique. Altogether this is a highly collectible Authentic Indian Artifact.
