First Period Worcester porcelains group, 18th c. (3rd quarter), English, (7) pieces, incl. a teapot, (2) scalloped edge dishes, (2) cups, and (2) saucers, each hand painted and gilt, some with exotic birds and insects, others floral decorated, each with blue scale ground, each with square blue fretted seal mark to underside, 6"h x 7.5"l x 5"w (teapot), 8.5"dia (larger dish), 5"dia (saucers), 2"h x 4"w x 3.25"d (larger cup)

Good, larger dish with edge chip, teapot lid with paint chipped from leaves, possibly a small chip to flower petal finial, and fleabite to lid, some gilding rubs, surface scratches (particularly to two dishes), show age and handling **Condition reports are rendered as specialist opinion by the staff of the Auction House and not as statements of fact.
