This piece is HAND SIGNED, Numbered (56 of 270), and comes with a gallery certificate guaranteeing its authenticity. Furthermore it is from one of Neiman's best, and most desirable pieces, which he created using his captivating vision and remarkable genius to recreate iconic sports moments. Also it is of impressive craftsmanship and size, archival matted to approximately 32" x 40" and 42" x 50" with the frame, which was constructed specifically for the artwork.

LEROY NEIMAN (1926 - 2012): Leroy Neiman is best known for his brilliantly colored, stunningly energetic images of sporting events, social and leisure activities. During his lifetime, he was the most popular and successful living artist in the United States. Neiman's artistic style and genius is familiar to a remarkably broad spectrum of people around the world. His artworks are found in monthly issues of playboy magazine, has been used in promotion for the Olympics and Super Bowl and completed along the sidelines of many other sporting events. Neiman was widely regarded as the greatest living artist at the time of his death in 2012. The Prestigious Heritage Auction House has recently stated, "Though Neiman has long served as the most recognizable American artist of the post-war era, his recent passing has added rocket fuel to the fire of his market, with four of his works soaring into six-figure territory in recent Heritage auctions.
