This particular dispenser has the rare and quite endearing quality of actually including that popular folk method of fixing malfunctioning machines, best known by the colloquial advice to "jiggle the handle," in the labels integrated into its design. This instruction appears not once but twice, though one instance uses the synonym "agitate." Whatever else this thing was meant to dispense, it offers a healthy dose of honesty and humility.
