Description
Partial tea service of molded white porcelain with hand-painted polychrome floral details, raised gold gilt scrolling and pale green edging. Includes six scalloped saucer plates, six scalloped luncheon plates, teapot, covered sugar, and creamer. Bottoms with markings in blue, Richard Klemm for Dresden, circa 1886-1914. Condition very good overall, items showing only mild age related wear with no cracks or scratches, one bread plate with tiny flake to foot rim, one dessert plate with flea bite to gilt rim, two dessert plates have one or two bubbles in the gilt rim which is not damage but from the making. Luncheon plates 8.5" inches w, saucer plates 5.75" w, teapot 5.5" h x 7.5" w (from edge of handle to edge of spout), covered sugar 4.5" h x 5.75 w (from edge of handle to handle), and creamer 2.75" h x 4.75" w (from edge of handle to edge of spout).
