Glue relined; frame rubbing; scattered craquelure, most noticeable in the sky; crushed impasto; edged with papertape; inpainting around portions of the perimeter and edges; scattered spots of inpainting in the sky to the right of the boy's head, as well as spots around the bridge of his nose and forehead; few other scattered spots of inpainting.
