Recently-made (new, never used) 3' 8" x 2' 4" Pakistani Choeb Rang hand-knotted scatter rug. New rug but the intended abrash gives it the vibe of a classic 1920s Persian carpet.

Chobi carpets (and their more hard-contrast cousins) are a back-to-the craft style of Pakistani carpet created with handspun local wool and vegetable dyes.

All of the rugs in this auction are hand-knotted and are from the inventory of our retail rug shop in Indianapolis, IN. We were in the handmade rug business from 2004-2020 and with the onset of covid in 2020, elected to shut down this component of our business and concentrate solely on historic Indiana artwork.
