attributed to UTAGAWA KUNISADA "TOYOKUNI III" (Japanese 1786-1865) AND KUNISADA UTAGAWA II (Japanese 1823-1880) A GROUP OF TWO UKIYO-E WOODBLOCK PRINTS, 1830-1847, woodblock prints in color on paper, each signed in plate, "Actor with Bird and Flowers," 13 3/4" x 9 1/2"; and, "Samurai with Cortesan," features are a monochromatic black and white kamon badge and sawtooth borders, 14 1/2" x 10".
Condition
Surface soil, some losses, minor stains and surface wear throughout, but overall in good condition, wear commensurate with age.
