Thick vase body, a sturdy vase in a round body, gently tapered, shaped in a rotund body with rounded shoulders converging into a tall straight neck, smooth narrowed mouth, with a slightly concaved foot base. All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white underglaze base color which contrast against the cobalt blue and gilt fine color. The main body decorated with very detailing hand painting in gold underglaze color of three-claws snarling huge gold imperial dragon careening through cumulonimbus clouds and lightning in a blue cobalt color dragon squama rounded the vase. Lishui cresting wavy water in cobalt blue color on the top collar rim. The dragon representing the Emperor and imperial household. Dragon is the symbol of the Emperor, the Son of Heaven, eternity, Yang and Yin, male vigor, represent longevity, wealth, abundance and fecundity. Elegancy come with tall hardwood stand carved with scrolling ruyi and Auspicious motif. The Elaborately carved wooden frame perfectly accentuates this work of art.
