Item Details
Description
A barrel full of laughs with these five funny people. First, we offer an autograph cut from Greg Proops of "Star Wars Episode One" and "The Nightmare Before Christmas." Next is actress Lilly Tomlin, from "Laugh-In" and the film "9 to 5" and funnyman Buddy Hackett (1924-2003), who starred in "Mad, Mad World" and "The Love Bug." We also have a 5"x 7" B&W photos signed by Rose Marie (1923-20017), who played Sally on "The Dick Van Dyke Show" and "The Doris Day Show." Lastly, we have an interesting photo and inscribed photo of Eddie "Rochester" Anderson, famous for his role as Jack Benny's valet on "The Jack Benny Program" on both radio and television. It's unusual in that while the signature and inscription "To Rita" checks out, it appears to be cut from the page of a Variety or Hollywood Reporter magazine. The ads on the reverse are VERY nostalgic. Because there is an ad for the film "Stanley & Livingstone," it's pretty certain that this piece dates from 1939. All signatures are clear. Please see photos for more detail and condition.Date: 1950's-2000'sCountry (if not USA): State: CaliforniaCity: HollywoodProvenance: Salvatore Falcone Collection
