Jaeger LeCoultre was founded in 1833 by Antoine LeCoultre. Beginning with the Reverso, JLC was one of the first high-end watchmakers to specialize in sport watches. The high water mark was the Polaris, introduced in 1965 with an internal rotating bezel. The Master Compressor line, introduced in 2002, took the design DNA of the Polaris, while introducing a new compressor key crown system for a one-turn screw down crown. The present example is a design that blends old and new seamlessly.

Dial is in excellent condition. Case is excellent, with some scratches. Movement is running at time of cataloging. Clasp does not fully snap closed and needs adjustment. Overall, the present example is in excellent condition.
