"Alien Ambassador" Necklace Prop from Star Trek: The Motion Picture (Paramount, 1979). Vintage original prop costume necklace consisting of a 4.5" x 4" alien tech amulet with multi-media components embedded and visible set in clear resin and with a reflective silver backing. The amulet features a 2" aluminum hoop that dangles from the lower point and a short upper tube where a 28" strand of twisted black synthetic hair cord is threaded to serve as necklace. Attributed to one of three "Alien Ambassadors" seen in the film. Exhibiting age, handling and production wear. The piece remains in vintage Very Good condition.
