Union Switch and Signal / CB&Q Waterman Tower / Galesburg Illinois Yard Bound Photograph Book - Early 1930's Bound Union Switch and Signal book featuring eighteen black and white photographs of interlocking board, switches, retarders, and the hump at the Burlington Galesburg yard and Waterman Tower. The photographs appear to date from the early 1930's and have US&S serial numbers in the lower right corner. These photos were reprinted by Railway Signaling and Communications in Volume 25 No. 9 in September of 1932. Binding has some mild mildew staining along with some minor wear to the corners of the photos. See photos for best description.
