English Sterling Silver Footed Tray, by Richard Rugg II, London, 1776, with gadrooned shaped edge, and shell form feet, central engraved crest with motto "Fuimus" (we have been) and raised mailed arm grasping a fleur-de-lis topped halberd above a stylized crown, 1 3/4" high, 17" diam., 64.13 ozt.
