Both with some likenesses to Houdon, in the positioning of Franklin's head and modeling of his neckerchief, and Washington's uniform.

Condition
Made in three parts: the busts, the socle/column, and the base with decorative banding to receive column. Franklin is loose on the socle, and the column is loose in the base.
