Description
This is an antique carved wooden effigy of a Male ancestor. The Naga, a fierce head hunting tribe were known for their use of trophy heads as part of their shrines and ritual dances. This male sculpture measure 12 inches tall and was collected in situ by Paul hendricks in India in 1970. Part of the permanent display at the Metamora Museum of Oddities, Metamora Indiana.
