worn by Carol Channing in the 2014 Pepsi Super Bowl XLVIII Halftime Show commercial video "Twice in a Lifetime", this coat replicates the one worn by Channing when she performed with Ella Fitzgerald as part of the "Salute to Louis Armstrong" during the halftime of Super Bowl VI in 1972. The coat is constructed from an off-the-rack ivory wool belted trench coat with a later applied fur collar and lapels continuing to faux fur trim down the front and on the cuffs and hem. The faux fur hem is currently pinned up to a shorter length with safety pins. The interior of one sleeve with a sewn-in label inscribed in black marker 'Sheryl' and with an applied Warner Brothers general wardrobe collection barcode label numbered 65048689. Second Warner Brothers number WB80316 written in black marker along an interior seam. No size present.
