Description
Fine uniform deep forest green jade, 1.22" height and 1.32" outer diameter. The ends with corresponding bevels. The stone was selected for its rich uniform color. Contrary to common misinformation, these did not protect the thumb. They facilitated the Mongolian release, with the string engaged on the back edge and sliding off for a more precise release than the European pinch release.
