Item Details

Description

Great looking porcelain sign indicating High Voltage. Sign was from A.G.& E. Corp, believed to be Associated Gas & Electric. Nice green porcelain front and back with white stenciled lettering.

A.G.& E was founded by Howard Hopson who was found guilty of embezzlement in the late 1930s was said to have stolen $20 million dollars and served a short few years in prison. Measures approx. 4" x 13".

Condition

Overall appears to be in very good vintage condition, could use a nice cleaning. Typical chipping along the edges.
