Pair of Victorian Leather and Mahogany Armchairs
late 19th/early 20th century, each with a tufted back joined to closed cylindrical armrests on shaped supports, with a tufted seat cushion and turned front legs on casters.

Condition
**In good "as found" condition, exhibiting some wear to the leather, scattered areas of discoloration, some
minor stains and other indications of use, all creating an attractive patina.
It appears that a few of the buttons in the tufts have been replaced. Brass tacks are all present.
The arms, backs and legs all appear to be tight and sturdy. Seats firm; upholstery retains good shape.
No rips or tears to the leather observed. There is some frayed webbing from the bottom visible around the
perimeter lower edges.
