Assembled Pair of Large French Terracotta Anduze Pots
19th/20th century, each with green and amber "stripes" of glaze on a light ground, decorated with swags and roundels with heraldic shields, the earlier example with reeding and the later example with incised concentric rings, with drainage holes in the bottoms.

Condition
**Both are stable and solid. There are no apparent cracks or repairs to the body of either vessel. There are a number of chips to the rim of one, and irregularities and small cracks in the rim of the other
suggesting there may be repairs to its rim.
Scattered losses to glazing and minor chips.
