Large, rare antique tin ship's medical box HEROIN from ship RMS CARMANIA, built by John Brown & Co. Glasgow Scotland 1902 (Cunard Line). 21 x 13 x 11.5 inches. The Carmania was originally a cruise liner but was put into service in WWI as a transport. She was hit 79 times by a German gunboat but survived, later scrapped in 1932.
