4 Chinese Song Dynasty white ware Porcelain Low Bowls: one with an impressed Dragon & Clouds, possibly Dingyao with the base glaze over the foot rim and probably fired upside down, another with unglazed rim in qingbai with 2 small applied fish to the center and combed waves to cavetto with glaze over the foot and base, a small barbed edge low bowl with unglazed ring to center for stack-firing and with traces of petal design, together with a bowl with combed design, the glaze stopping before the foot ring and unglazed base. Diameter of Dragon bowl 8 1/2 inches (21.5 cm.). PROVENANCE: Property of a Long Beach, Long Island Estate sold without reserves.

Age related wear to each, the double fish bowl with a large infilled chip to mouth edge with over-painting, the combed bowl with glaze degraded and light kiln grit, barbed small bowl with a few small glaze flakes and a short kiln firing crack to unglazed foot.
