Description
An Early Bronze Age net-painted amphoriskos, Holy Land, c. 3100 - 2650 BC, with rounded body, tubular neck and two loop handles. The body is nicely decorated with vertical lines in red slip, horizontal bands around the neck. H: 3 in ( 7.8cm). Well-preserved with earthen deposits. Ex Shrewsbury, England private collection.
