Description
A mixed lot of ancient and Medieval bronze and iron objects. Lot includes a pair of Near Eastern bronze bells and a small bronze bracelet or ingot, c. 1000 - 600 BC, the ingot of heavy stock. Also included is a pair of Roman tweezers, c. 1st - 4th Century AD, and three other Roman miscellaneous bronze objects. Last is a Medieval iron fire starter, c. 10th - 15th Century, in a triangular shape with looped ends. Largest item measures 2 1/2 in (6.3 cm) in length. Ex Southern California private collection.
