to include: Federal General Service (22mm, R & W Robinson); Federal General Service (12mm, Extra Quality); U.S. Navy (24mm, P. B. Co., London, later?); U.S. Navy (18mm, Waterbury Button Co., later?); Massachusetts (22mm, R & W Robinson); Rhode Island (14mm, Scovill); South Carolina (18mm, Horstmann & Allen); Vermont (24mm, Scovill); Vermont (14mm, Goddard & Bro.)...plus: 1828 large cent drilled twice to serve as a button, excavated in Fredericksburg, Virginia (ground action and deposits); 1846 large cent countermarked "CHT."
