Description
A lot of 3 Roman and Persian bronze brooches. The first is a Persian hand brooch, c. 5th - 4th Century BC, with two rectangular sections on each side of the body, L: 1 1/8 in (2.8 cm), the second is nice Roman bronze knee brooch, c. 2nd Century AD, the arched body in the form of two dolphins, L: 1 in (2.5 cm), with great style! The last is a Roman iron fibula, 2nd - 3rd Century AD, the P-Shaped body adorned with two rows of incised stars, L: 2 9/16 in (6.5 cm). Each well-preserved with original pins. Ex collection of Peter Cheremisinoff, NJ.
