Items offered online in this auction represent about 20% of the total lots to be sold, with the remaining items selling to on-premise bidders. This auction is being conducted in a rented expo hall, so in-person pickup will only be available in Noblesville from 11am to 3pm on Sunday, September 26, the day following the auction.
Photos for this auction were taken hurriedly, in the home, due to a late notice of moving. Additional photos and condition reports can be provided for requests submitted PRIOR to September 24.
Items not picked up on Sunday must be shipped, or pickup coordinated with Burgess Auctions, Knightstown, IN, where items will be transported following the end of the day, Sunday. All costs associated with shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
