Late 19th century American Carved and Painted Child's Rocking Horse, painted wood, leather ears, rope, metal movement mounted to a red painted wood base, 29.5 x 35 x 12.5 inches, no apparent maker's mark.

In good antique condition with paint loss and age appropriate wear, rocking/gliding motion is secure and still quite smooth; evidence of old repairs, parts of the tail missing; but still rideable!
