The shape of this furnace is a four-legged square tripod imitating a bronze ware from Shang and Zhou Dynasties. The overall square is dignified, simple and elegant. It is square in shape, flat along the square lips, with vertical ear shaped handles on both sides, digging and smoothing the inner wall, and the outer edge of the mouth is decorated with a circle of recursive patterns. The carved animal face pattern on the furnace body is the main decoration. The decoration is dense and smooth, the breath is elegant, and it is extremely exquisite. The furnace body and four corners have eight halberds. The tripod body supports four long pillars, which are tall and strong. The whole shape is small and beautiful. It can be described as a masterpiece of small tools, with a degree of relaxation of the lines, skilled in retracting and unfolding, quiet and elegant, and excellent for appreciation and use., Height: 7.9 (20cm); width: 4.75" (12cm)此炉器形为仿商周青铜器四足方鼎，整体方正端庄，古朴典雅，以上乘黄玉琢制而成，玉质晶莹温润，色泽呈象牙黄，沁色自然，深醇古穆，炉口呈方形，平沿方唇，两侧出沿上各竖冲天耳，内壁挖膛打磨光滑，施刀利落流畅，口沿外饰一圈回纹，炉身雕刻兽面纹为主要纹饰，古朴狰狞，纹饰繁密流畅，气息高雅，极见精巧，炉身和四角有八出戟，鼎身下承四只长柱足，挺拔有力，整器造型小巧隽秀，古人制器越小者越见功力，可谓小器大作，线条张弛有度，收放娴熟，恬静典雅，赏用俱佳。
