Standing Sailor with Crossed Arms
Signed and dated "Hunt Diederich/1918" in the bronze base, stamped "ROMAN BRONZE WORKS N.Y." on the edge of the base.
Bronze with green/brown patina, height 16 in. (41.0 cm).
Condition: Areas of wear to the patina, minor verdigris, dust and dirt overall.
Provenance: Made for Hermon Milton Hubbard Jr. (1858-1932), then by descent in the family of the consignor.

Condition: There are small areas of wear to the patina visible on the backs of the figure's legs, as well as two small scratches to the side of the figure's right leg. There are scattered surface accretions. No further condition issues to report.
