A DUTCH NEOCLASSICAL ARMORIAL PARQUETRY INLAID MAHOGANY CHEST OF DRAWERS, CIRCA 1840, with an ogee molded top above a frieze drawer with undulating leafy vine inlaid walnut borders enclosing two crowned armorial shields flanking a bronze ribbon tied laurel branches and beaded shield escutcheon, over five recessed and graduated drawers with similar inlay centering matching escutcheons, flanked by stylized pilasters with tilting crowned armorial decorated capitals above flat panels enclosing parquetry bead-and-rod interlaced strands ending in tassels and hung with helmet alternating crown topped shields, ending on breakfront block bases raised on tapering feet and joined by a recessed base rail with matching details, withinside panels continuing same decoration.
