appears to be in generally good condition; there are some nicks to the under rim edge of the onyx top; there is a small area of loss to one of the lower corners of the marble base; each of the four porcelain plaques appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; none of the plaques appear to be artist-signed; all of the metal mounts appear to be present and they appear to match; there is general wear/rubbing to the gilding on the metal mounts, consistent with age; porcelain plaques were not black-lighted
