B27 Scarce WW2 RAF Battle of Britain Ace signed cover - Air Commodore Alan Christopher "Al" Deere, DSO, OBE, DFC & Bar 54 Squadron Battle of Britain, signed on an RAF Museum SC30 RAF Uxbridge Spitfire 31st Anniversary of The Battle of Britain 18th September 1971 cover, flown in the 1971 Battle of Britain Display. Air Commodore Alan Christopher "Al" Deere, DSO, OBE, DFC & Bar was a New Zealand fighter ace with the Royal Air Force during the Second World War. He was also notable for the number of near death experiences he had during the course of the war. This led to his published autobiography being titled Nine Lives. Good condition.
