(Hasbro, 2008) An original vendor sample prototype for the Iron Klaw action figure designed for the Hasbro G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary line in 2008. The figure was cancelled and unproduced until 2013, when the tooling was used for Volume 1 the G.I. Joe Collector's Club subscription service. However, the mask deco on this prototype differs from the released version, with the mouth grill and detailing around the eyes changed to black. Bandoliers, a revolver, a pistol with a sabre tooth blade, a serrated sword, and a beret are included. The piece retains the original bag hand-marked with the factory product number. Measuring 3.75" tall, the prototype figure is in fine condition with minimal wear.
