(Hammer/Universal, 1959) A rare insert poster for original U.S. release of the Hammer horror classic, The Mummy. The insert poster for this initial American release is much scarcer than either the 1-sheet or the half-sheet, and offers arguably the best presentation of Bill Wiggins's iconic pulp horror artwork. Folded as issued, the piece measures 36"x14" and is in very good condition with a tear in the top border repaired with paper tape to front and back, a faint upper right corner crease, small tears to the right edge, a bottom right corner tip crease, a scrape and a tiny brown spot stain in the billing block, light background stress lines, and handling to the left margin.
