(Universal, 1955) An original U.S. 1-sheet poster for This Island Earth. A perennial genre-fan favorite, the film was priased for its special effects and story, and would later enjoy even greater interest after it was featured as the experiment in Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie. Folded as issued, the poster measures 41"x27" and is in good condition with moisture staining along the left edge, staple holes at the edges, small tears and chips, and some cellotape applied to the reverse for reinforcement.
