Description
In another PAE first, we are offering this uncut sheet featuring two rare handbills designed by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley! The first advertises Mouse Studios, run out of the Pacific Trading Company located at 1711 Haight St. The second, more colorful handbill advertises an event at the San Franciso Museum of Art featuring audiovisual multi-media group Light Sound Dimension (LSD). The group consisted of light designer Bill Ham, jazz musician Fred Marshall, and drummer Jerry Granelli. They combined a light show with experimental music and appeared alongside acts such as the Grateful Dead and Big Brother and the Holding Company. The event advertised here occurred in early February 1967. These rare handbills are 100% original with no restoration!
