QING DYNASTY (1644-1912)
清 紫檀雕劉海戯金蟾
deftly carved with soft contours to show the figure in a relaxed posture, the head incised with details to the hair, nose, eyes, and mouth, playing with a three-legged toad, all above a carved pile of neatly arranged coins as a base.
