18th century manuscript concerning construction of church in Castro Chile, most likely the Church of San Francisco that was finally completed in 1771. Includes very interesting folding table at the end concerning costs for various church services, including section showing varying charges for "Indios" and another charge for "Negros y mulatos." Ink on laid, in Spanish, folio bound in limp vellum, 20 leaves containing manuscript, interspersed with numerous blank leaves.

Worming throughout occasionally causing loss of some letters, covers soiled and toned, contents mostly clean with occasional light soiling. Sold as-is, refer to photos.
