The Whig raccoon thumbs his nose at the Democratic rooster, while choking him and asking "Can't you crow?" Published by Colon & Adriance Philadelphia. PROVENANCE: From a Philadelphia family. The consignor is a direct descendant of Mary Rittenhouse (1795-1873). MEASUREMENTS: 7-1/2" long x 3" wide. CONDITION: Discoloration and wear as expected with age. Fraying to top and bottom edges.
