Nickel Plated metal construction, in excellent condition, all working model, in its original caring case, Salesman's sample road grader, Adams Leaning Wheel Grader w/metal maker's tag reading "J.D. Adams & Co., Mfgr's Road Building Machinery, Indianapolis, Ind.". So named as the front & back wheels adjust w/the turn of cranks when pulled behind a team of horse, oxen or even a steam engine. Working levers & gears allow for a full range of movement w/the blade. This fine nickel-plated example is stamped "412".
