Description
Lot of eight, including a fine gilt decorated Minton plate with date letter for 1880 in Japanese style, 9 1/2" diameter; plus set of four KPM desert plates, each with different polychrome painted floral design, circa 1870, 8 1/4" diameter; plus an unusual cup and saucer decorated with polychrome roses and gilt and signed by noted Cincinnati painter Dixie Selden Cincinati 1868-1935, (student of Frank Duveneck & Wm. Merrit Chase), dated, June 25 1891, while she was a member of the X.Y.Z. Club, 4 1/2" diameter x 3" high; plus canary yellow English pearlware miniature can with black transfer of Lady in garden, 2" high, circa 1820-30; and a marked sterling demi-tasse spoon with leaf design, 4" long. Condition All fine, except English can with flake at lip.
