Industrial Galvanized Step Down Waste Can,Factory,Rags. This is an industrial waste bin from Underwriters Laboratories Inc. It is made from galvanized metal that has been painted green. The lid is bisected and flips open. There are two uniquely shaped feet and handles on either side.
