Louis Armstrong 1962 Signed Postcard W/COA - This original postcard from 1962 is signed by legendary and influential jazz icon, Louis Armstrong. Louis Armstrong was an American trumpeter, composer and singer who was one of the most influential figures in jazz. He came to prominence in the 1920s as an inventive trumpet and cornet player, and was a foundational influence in jazz. Armstrong was also an influential singer with an instantly recognizable gravelly voice, and was also very skilled at scat singing. The postcard from Copenhagen, Denmark is signed by the musician on the left and has a stamp dated "1.9.62". The autograph was previously housed at the Elvis Presley Museum and Rock & Roll Museum in Denmark, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
