The item up for sale is a spectacular and rare Oil Painting on Canvas by Legendary Impressionistic Artist, Michele Cascella, that was originally purchased from the prestigious Galerie Juarez (Casella Studio reference # 2640). Cascella is forever famous for the bold color, intricate detail, expressive passion and many other traits that his artworks exhibit. Additionally, of all the masterpieces he has created, often his most desired images are exquisite and idealistic floral landscapes. The one here, "Original Field of Flowers with Yellow Mimosa", is an alluring depiction of a field in bloom, that is saturated with brilliant color and intricate detail, making it one of nicest paintings by Cascella we have ever made available. Also, the immaculate artwork is of impressive craftsmanship and size, measuring approximately 16" x 20" and 23" x 27" with the handmade frame constructed specifically for this painting. Furthermore, it has remained in excellent condition since it was completed by Cascella, is hand signed in the lower left corner, and comes with a Gallery COA.

Michele Cascella (1892 - 1989): A landscape artist who loved scenes from Italy, Paris, New York, Hawaii and more. As an Italian impressionist he was greatly influenced by Van Gogh, Dufy, Utrillo and his father, artist Basilio Cascella. In Michele's hometown of Pescara, there is a museum dedicated to the work of him, his father, brothers and nephews. Basilio trained Michele by making him copy the works of the masters: Leonardo, Pisanello, Botticelli and Donatello. Eventually he developed his own style using vibrant colors to depict lush landscapes. Today these works and enjoyed by critics and collectors alike as they are displayed in some of the most renowned museums across the globe.
